A non-spouse member of the club’s board must email Ping Pirrung at asfa.ping@gmail.com stating that [delegate’s name] will be representing [Name of Club].

The delegate’s registration will NOT be valid until the payment and email from the club’s board is received.

REGISTRATION fee is $145 if received after March 4 OR the delegate is NOT staying at the 
Holiday Inn & Suites Memphis Southeast-Germantown

All voting delegate registrations must be received by 6pm on Friday 22 March, 2024.
