Friday, March 20th
Welcome hospitality Region 8 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 21st
Meeting Room opens at 8:00 a.m.
Breakfast provided by the hotel if you are a guest
Annual Convention of Delegates called to order at 9:00 a.m.

Saturday Lunch
Served at the hotel as part of registration fee

Saturday Night
The Madmex Restaurant

Sunday March 22nd
Meeting Room opens at 8:00 a.m.
One Breakfast is provided by the hotel if you are a guest.
Annual Convention of Delegates reconvenes for any unfinished business 9:00 a.m.

Each ASFA member club is entitled to send two voting delegates, two alternates and two observers to the convention (a maximum of two votes per club).  All other clubs may send two people as observers.
